Shipping & Delivery


Due to the new relationship that Great Britain now has with Europe, please be aware that various countries may impose a customs charge on goods shipped from the UK which you may be liable for prior to receiving your order.

It is your responsibility to check what charges (if any) that may apply. If the charges are not paid, the goods will be returned to us.


Delivery Policy

  • Cranberry intends to ship all orders within 24- 48 hours from receipt of order. At busier times of the year, shipping times could be longer.
  • All orders received prior to 10.00am will be dispatched same day subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.
  • Please note we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays, so any order received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and/or DPD. You will be informed of a tracking number if applicable once your parcel has been shipped, so if you need to chase your parcel, please track on the DPD or Royal Mail Website first before you check with us.
  • Orders dispatched on a standard RM48 service will not be shipped using a tracking service. If your order is shipped this way, please allow a minimum of 5 days after dispatch before contacting us.
  • Cranberry will not dispatch part orders unless we are unable to complete your full order within 5 working days. If we are unable to complete your order within this timescale, and if you have paid for an Expedited service, Cranberry will ship part orders at our expense. 
  • You will be notified of any shortages at the time of the dispatch of your goods. If you require a part order and cannot wait, you will be liable for any additional charges extra shipping incurs.
  • Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any goods not received during this time,but paid for by you will be re-supplied at the discretion of the Company. 
  • Any errors, damages or missing items must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt or expected receipt. No errors will be accepted after this time.


Delivery Schedule & Costs

  • All orders received prior to 10.00am will be dispatched same day subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.
  • Your order will be packed and dispatched in 100% recyclable packaging.
  • RM 48 standard shipping is £3.55 to UK Mainland
  • RM 48 Tracked shipping £4.95 to UK Mainland
  • RM 24 Tracked or DPD 24hr Tracked £6.99 to UK Mainland
  • Additional shipping charges could apply to Scottish Highlands and non-UK Mainland. Shipping costs will also apply to Republic of Ireland.
  • Shipping costs to other countries will vary, and this cost is worked out on the weight of your goods. Again, you will be advised of the shipping costs prior to your order being dispatched and if additional charges apply, payment will be required in full before we process your order. You may also be due a re-imbursement as some of the shipping charges may be cheaper depending on weight of goods. If this is the case, you will be notified and refunded part shipping.


Returns Procedure

  • All goods returned to Cranberry if in a re-sellable condition are subject to a 10% handling charge unless the goods are defective. This charge is applied at the discretion of the Company. 
  • If you ordered the incorrect items, and the error is on your part, you will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to Cranberry. If the error was on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. 
  • You are responsible for the re-packaging of the return goods to ensure all items are received back are in a re-sellable condition. If they are not in a re-sellable condition, you will be sent photographs of the item once the goods have been received at our offices, and no refund will be offered.
  • All goods must be packaged in the original packaging or must contain the original packaging if the packaging was damaged and your order information or
  • All returns or exchanges must be received at our offices within 30 working days of receipt of original order and no later than 10 days after an RMA number has been issued or a return has been agreed with the company. Any goods received after this time unless prior agreement has been made with the company will waive the right of a refund. Please note no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • A returns number must be allocated prior to any returns or agreed in principal with the company. Please note we will not accept any returns if a returns number has not been requested and approved by a member of the company. Failure to comply with this will mean we will be unable to accept the goods back and no refund/credit will be offered.
