Delivery

We hope to ship all orders within 72 hours from receipt of order. At busier times of the year, shipping times could be longer. If this is the case, you will be notified of delay.

• Minimum first order is £125.00 before VAT and postage and packing, although as a new Trader, you can purchase our Sample Pack prior to placing your first large order to see quality of products.
• Carriage FREE is for all orders over £150.00 before vat to UK mainland only.
• Shipping cost is £8.00 if order value is under £150.00 before vat.
• For shipping to Ireland and overseas, please contact us for carriage charges.
• Cranberry will not ship part orders unless specifically requested and extra carriage charges may be incurred if this is requested.

Packaging

• All card products are packaged with 5 cards and envelopes.
• All boxes are packaged in 25's and come flat packed.
• Cranberry is also seeking to improve its environmental impact. Therefore, you can also purchase products bulk-packed. This means products are not individually packaged, and a 10% discount is available against the stated prices if you choose this packaging option.
