• Cranberry designs and manufactures unique, contemporary wholesale wedding stationery.
• Minimum first order is £50.00 before VAT and postage and packing, excluding Cranberry Wedding Sample Packs.
• Carriage FREE is for all orders over £100.00 before vat to UK mainland only.
• Shipping cost varies under £100.00 before vat. Over this price, carriage free to UK mainland only.
• Cranberry will not ship part orders unless specifically requested and extra carriage charges may be incurred.
• To receive wholesale pricing you must be a legitimate retailer or wedding designer, and we reserve the right to request proof of this at any time.
• All images shown are intended as a guide only and certain products show blank cards that have already been decorated.
• Neither Cranberry nor any other person or company who has been involved in the creation or the maintaining of these sites is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of accessing or using this web site or any of the information contained in it.
• All products on our site manufactured by Cranberry are Copyrighted Designs, and these designs may not be copied lawfully or unlawfully.
• While this Web site may contain links to third-party sites, Cranberry is not responsible for the content of any linked sites. Cranberry provides these links as a convenience and does not endorse the companies or contents of any linked sites.
• Cranberry accept cheques – please make payable to Cranberry Card Co. and all major credit/debit cards.
• All specified sizes, weights and thickness are approximate.
• Slight colour and shade variations may occur.
• All products are subject to availability, and Cranberry reserve the right to substitute products if requested products are no longer available.
• Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
• Cranberry reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
• All goods remain the property of Cranberry until paid in full.
• Amendments to orders (prior to processing) will be subject to a £5 administration charge.
• Once processed by Cranberry, amendments and additions to orders will not be accepted.
• Any errors or missing items from orders must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt or expected receipt. No errors will be accepted after this time.
• Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any goods not received during this time, but paid for by you will be re-supplied at the discretion of the Company.
• Outside of the seven day cancellation period, the return of goods will only be accepted from you by prior arrangement (confirmed in writing); on payment of agreed handling charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered) and where the goods are fit for sale on return as they were on delivery. All costs of return (and replacement where appropriate) will be paid for by you.
• All goods returned to Cranberry if in a re-sellable condition are subject to a 10% handling charge.
• We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time.

• Small orders are sent by first class post, and larger orders are despatched via Parcel Force Worldwide on a 24hr service.
• If you require a parcel to be sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, please select this option at the checkout. This is subject to availability.
• Minimum first order is £50.00 before VAT and postage and packing, although as a new Trader, you can purchase our Wedding Stationery Sample Pack prior to placing your first large order to see quality of products.
• Carriage FREE is for all orders over £100.00 before vat to UK mainland only.
• Shipping cost ranges from £4.95 - £8.50 to UK Mainland if order value is under £100.00 before vat. And from £8.50 - £25.00 to Southern Ireland and parts of the Highlands.
• Cranberry will not ship part orders unless specifically requested and extra carriage charges may be incurred.
• Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any goods not received during this time, but paid for by you will be re-supplied at the discretion of the Company.

Packaging

• All card products are packaged with 5 cards and envelopes per pack
• All favour boxes are packaged in 25's and come flat packed.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
We may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly to ensure you continue to abide by them.
